Summary: Building, room, location and staff is good. The lack of attention to the rooms readiness has gone down hill over past few years. Forgotten linens, door lock acting up, crumbs not cleaned off dining chairs, and bug problems during our stay. Overall things that just need more attention. Say it's more of a 7/10 hotel.

Summary: I have stayed at this location twice now and I love it. The room is big, the bed is comfortable and the staff is awesome. Dasia always makes sure I am comfortable and taken care of. I will stay here every time I visit Columbus.
